• The firewood products must be in their original, unopened packaging, and in the same condition as when they were purchased.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) must be provided.
• Customised or personalised firewood orders are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or do not meet the agreed-upon specifications.

2. Defective or Damaged Items:

• If you receive firewood products that are defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate, upon verification of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

• The following items are non-returnable:
• Any firewood products that have been used, opened, or partially consumed.
• Products returned without a valid proof of purchase.
• Customised or personalised firewood products that meet the agreed-upon specifications.

4. Return Process:

• Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number, if applicable.
• Ship the return item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team.
• Include the RA number on the packaging to ensure proper identification and processing.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned items and verifying their condition.
• The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

6. Cancellations:

• If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been dispatched.
